Daily Prayer 8/17/2025
Our Father in the Name of Jesus, the writer of this prayer is filled with shame and disgust on behalf of not only our cold hearted leaders but also the people on social media who have no compassion. Trash. Taking out the trash. Is this Father GOD, what Your children are being reduced to? Trash? I love President Trump, I am proud to call him my President, I am thrilled to know that he is following Your ways Father. But in this, my heart breaks and I cannot see how this is what You want for Your children. There are folks who have money, security and food on the table, yes they have struggles that are a result of the corrupt regimes in the United States and Canada, but they are not looking at imminent homelessness or hungry every day. People say, take out the trash like homeless people are just a piece of garbage. People ignore the fact that a lot of our homeless are victims, veterans, children and people who fought long and hard to not be homeless and hungry. No, they call them Trash. The writer of this prayer watched a video, and the person who posted the video said "Taking out the trash," while officials in Washington, DC were tearing apart homeless people's tents and what few belongings they have to throw in the truck that was waiting nearby. Sadly, LORD my GOD, Your David, ordered this to take place. These people to be victimized even further than they already are. I could be one of those people at some point. Any one of Your children could be one of these people Father GOD. It is not ok Abba, that what few belongings they have, are bring destroyed, and the government is not even making sure they have somewhere to sleep tonight, or any night, not all homeless people need treatment centers, they are not all addicts. The government is not providing for the homeless to get them on their feet again but kicking them even deeper into the gutter of sludge. Because people call them trash. I am calling You in right now LORD to end this! This is a disgraceful act of power against the powerless LORD, just because they can, doesn't mean they should. The homeless and the ones close to homelessness need shelter, food, money to become stable and I call in Your provisions right now LORD my GOD. Protect these people Father GOD, because the government sure won't and neither will the people calling them trash. I call in my Guardian Angels, to surround all of the homeless, all of the people who are struggling to avoid homelessness, give them courage, love, guidance and support, bring people to them that will actually help them out of the struggles they are in, instead of kicking them across the pavement calling them trash. They are not trash LORD, they are Your children and need Your intervention. Thank You Father. In the Name of Jesus, Amen and Amen
