Forgiveness Prayer 1/10/2026

Our Father in the Name of Jesus, as I knock on Your door today, I am looking at the word Forgiveness which has so many components. LORD my GOD, You say seek and You will find, so many different Bible verses on forgiveness. Maybe one of the most important Bible verses is: Matthew 6:14-15 “And when you pray, make sure you forgive the faults of others so that your Father in heaven will also forgive you. But if you withhold forgiveness from others, your Father withholds forgiveness from you.” 

LORD my GOD, please forgive me that there have been times, even currently that I have allowed anger, bitterness and possibly resentment to fill my heart when I am unable to forgive people who have betrayed me, my country or any other slight that may have transpired. I understand LORD how You are ever-forgiving and once again I say to You, I am human gifted with the human emotions You provided for me that have no comparison to Yours. The struggle is real, Abba. 

LORD my GOD, we are called conspiracy theorists, we have been persecuted, we have been stolen from, we have been defiled, we have faced unjust judgments, we have been attacked in various ways, we have been invaded, we have been lied about and lied to, these are some of the things we have faced being patriotic children of GOD. Abba, as I close my eyes, and feel Your love surrounding me, I think of the enemy, Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, Mitch McConnell, Adam Schiff and so many others in our government as well as people around us, You know each one by name Father.  

LORD my GOD, today I kneel before You with these words on my lips, speaking to everyone from the highest ranking official to the lowest pauper in the land, in the Name of Jesus. To the ones who have sold themselves for Pride, I forgive the Pride that consumed You. To each person who's Greed has affected my life and that of my nation, I forgive the Greed that has consumed You. To the pedophiles, child traffickers, rapists that are in my government and the ones that may have affected my life in any way, I forgive the evil Lust that You surrendered to. To the ones who succumbed to the green eyed monster, Envy desiring more than what others had, I forgive the Envy You embraced. To the ones who embraced Gluttony which destroyed Your self-control, and need for over-consumption or overindulgence of wealth or items, I forgive the Gluttony You embraced. As I see the uncontrollable hate, anger and rage directed at patriotic Christians such as myself, I forgive the ones who are so brainwashed and filled with Wrath against me and others like me. To the ones who embrace satan, the ones who are against GOD Almighty, the ones promoting transgenderism, LGBT and Islam, I forgive the Sloth that has created spiritual apathy or physical laziness in You. With love in my heart, and forgiveness on my lips, I call in the Seven Heavenly Virtues: Humility, Charity, Chastity, Kindness,  Temperance, Patience, and Diligence to fill the hearts of anyone who has done me or my nation harm in any way. 

LORD of Mercy and Grace, I ask for Your forgiveness in the times I have been unable to forgive others, in the times I have been unable to forgive myself for my actions. Father GOD, please forgive me for anyone I may have intentionally or unintentionally harmed in any way. Father GOD, I ask for Your forgiveness for my sins, known and unknown to me. I am so very sorry. Forgive me Father for I have sinned. 

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those
who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.

Father, hallowed be thy Name, thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ to live, then die for my sins. Amen and Amen
